Nedron Labs Inc. is my software, hardware, and robotics studio — registered as an active DOD vendor (CAGE 9UU12 · UEI XFLFHN9SN661 · SAM Active) and operating across three streams of work:
- Robotics & autonomy — flagship effort is MATS, a modular autonomous tracked system with a solution brief in front of ERDC-CERL for warfighter engineering operations.
- Defense-relevant products — K9 Sentinel, an AI safety platform for working K9s, born at the 2026 US Army xTech National Security Hackathon.
- Software products & consulting — SceneSwitch (macOS app + Go API), the ATF celebrity-trainer SaaS that helped bootstrap the company, and architecture / iOS consulting alongside.
